Quotes and orders

A quote is valid for thirty days and is based on the documents supplied at the time. If the document turns out to differ materially from what we were sent — more pages, unreadable sections, a different destination country — we tell you and requote before continuing.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for the accuracy of our translations and for presenting documents in the form the relevant authority requires. Where a file is rejected because of an error or formatting fault on our side, we correct and resubmit it at our own cost.

What we are not responsible for

We do not control the decisions, fees or processing times of notaries, ministries, embassies, courier companies or the institution you are applying to. Requirements can change without notice. We also cannot be responsible for errors present in the source document itself.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, work starts once the quote is accepted and, for new clients, once payment or an agreed deposit is received. Official fees paid on your behalf are itemised separately from our own fee.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. You are charged for work already completed and for official fees already paid on your behalf, and we hand over whatever has been produced up to that point.

Confidentiality

Everything you send us is treated as confidential and is disclosed only to the people and authorities who have to see it in order to complete your order.
