What we collect

When you use the quote form we receive the name, email address, phone number and location you enter, the documents you upload, and the technical details your browser sends with the request. We do not ask for information we do not need in order to price and carry out the work.

What we do with it

Your data is used to prepare a quote, carry out the translation or legalisation you order, and contact you about that work. Documents are shared with the linguists assigned to your file and, where the service requires it, with notaries, ministries and embassies. They are not sold, and they are not used for advertising.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become orders are deleted within twelve months. Completed orders are retained for as long as our accounting and professional obligations require, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your documents earlier and we will confirm when it is done.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to how we use it. Write to us and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
