Translated from Indonesian into English by a sworn translator
One contact for the whole chain
Translation, notary, ministry and embassy are handled by the same team. You are not sent from counter to counter.
Accepted or we fix it
If an authority rejects a file for a formatting or certification fault on our side, we redo it at our cost.
Fixed price before we start
You get a written quote covering translation, stamps, government fees and courier. No line items appear later.
Your documents stay private
Files are encrypted in transit, shared only with the linguist and authority handling them, and deleted on request.

More on this serviceHow legalisation works
Most documents leaving or entering Indonesia go through the same chain. Which steps apply depends on the destination country.
Sworn translation
A sworn translator translates the document and signs a statement of accuracy with their seal and registration number.
Notary certification
A notary certifies the translator's signature. Most ministries will not accept a file that skips this step.
Ministry of Law (apostille)
For the 120+ countries in the Apostille Convention, the Ministry of Law issues an apostille and the chain ends there.
Foreign Affairs and embassy
For countries outside the convention, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs legalises the file and the destination embassy stamps it last.
