Visa and immigration document packs
Visa applications are refused for administrative reasons far more often than substantive ones: one certificate untranslated, one legalisation missing, one document older than the accepted window. We work from the checklist the consulate publishes and return the pack complete.
Common packs
Student visas — diplomas, transcripts, financial guarantees, birth certificate. Work permits — contract, qualifications, police clearance, medical certificate. Family and spouse visas — marriage certificate, family card, proof of relationship, sometimes a certificate of no impediment. Residence and citizenship files add civil records going back further.
Document validity windows
Many consulates only accept records issued or legalised within the last three or six months. If yours is older, retrieval of a fresh copy is usually faster and cheaper than an appeal after a refusal, and we will tell you which documents are at risk before you file.
