About ABC Translation

ABC Translation is an international language and legalisation company. Our Indonesian branch handles certified translation, apostille and embassy legalisation, document retrieval and interpreting for clients across the archipelago and abroad.

What we do

We take a document from the form it is in to the form an authority will accept. That usually means a sworn translation, a notary certification, a stamp from the Ministry of Law and sometimes an embassy. We also collect civil records for people who cannot go in person, and supply interpreters for hearings, notary appointments, audits and negotiations.

Who we work for

Students applying abroad, families completing marriage and adoption files, workers with employment contracts, and legal and corporate teams filing in more than one jurisdiction. The document types repeat; the requirements differ by destination country, which is the part we keep track of for you.

How we price

There is no single rate card, because a one-page birth certificate for a country in the Apostille Convention and a 90-page technical tender for one outside it are not the same job. Every quote is written before work starts and covers translation, certification, official fees and courier.
